Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Angelys Balek product for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below.
Products must be returned in new condition with all tags attached to the item(s) and within 20 days of the order ship date. To initiate your return, please email our Customer Support team at email@example.com. Please include the original invoice in the return package. All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged are not eligible for return.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
Returns that were marked for Final Sale at purchase, or are sent more than 20 days from the order ship date, or which have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged, or without the tags attached, and/or sent without authorization will be returned to sender at customer’s expense.
- SHIPPING COSTS
Customers will be responsible for any fees associated with returns. We are also unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
Duty and taxes cannot be refunded on international returns.
Please allow 3 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
- RECEIVING A REFUND
You will receive your refund back to the original payment method. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
- EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges will only be accepted for the same product in a different size, please contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for fees associated with delivering products back to Angelys Balek, but we offer complimentary shipping for exchanged products going back to you.
