Tropical Smoothie
Summer means a taste of the tropics. Sweet pineapples, juicy mangoes, creamy coconuts. So why not enjoy them altogether? The perfect thirst quencher, our tropical smoothie recipe serves a refreshing hit of bursting fruit flavours to be enjoyed poolside, on the beach or lounging in the garden. (Psst, it can even help your tastebuds escape somewhere sunnier on those unexpected rainy days).

Serves 2
Ingredients
1 medium sized pineapple
1-2 mangoes (to taste)
1 large banana
2 cups of full fat milk, or half a tub of low-fat yogurt
Dash of coconut milk
1-2 cherries for garnish
Method
STEP 1
Cut and cube the pineapple and mangoes, slice the banana
Top tip: You can prep all of the fruit in advance and keep it in the freezer for a quick smoothie whenever you want
STEP 2
Blend the fruit together, adding in the milk or yogurt slowly until you are happy with the consistency
STEP 3
Add a dash of coconut milk when ready to serve and garnish with cherries
